An attack on House Silenti by the henchmen of Krakatoa caused chaos, most of those inside found their way to the harbor where the galley was docked, but some were not as lucky and burned to death when tharlarion oil was used to set the house ablaze. The boat holding most of the group has left the dock in Schendi and is working it's way up the Nyoka (snake) River where it will eventually reach Lake Ushindi (victory). This portion of the expedition will take roughly two months for the unless they run into more obstacles.
The merchant, Amanita and kajirus, Venor, used an underground tunnel to get out of the house, went into the marsh area just beyond the city limits. They are blindly navigating their way towards the Nyoka River and are heading towards an exchange point while being tracked by Krakatoa's men on foot.
